Then, in step 3, you deliver your program with ease.
In step three, I teach you how to open the doors to your program for the first time.
You get a repeatable process to easily deliver your program to your clients any time.

What to Expect Once You Enroll...
➤ Once we decide working together is a fit, we “kick things off” with a welcome call.
➤ During your welcome call, we’ll chat one to one, and map out a custom to your business strategic plan for your program. I guide you through my process map and you leave with a well thought out plan to complete during our time together.
➤ I teach you my framework in a small group format. I guide you through 12 group training sessions and help you complete each step. All training sessions are live (online) and recorded.
➤ During the program, you’ll also have a one to one hot seat session with me (about 30 minutes) – during this call we check-in on your goals and how you’re implementing the strategy. When you send a message, you get a same day reply during the weekday.
➤ You’ll have an opportunity to submit your program to me for feedback to help you refine your program + get your clients the very best results. You’ll get a video analysis with specific suggestions and updates you can implement to take your class to the next level.
➤ At the end of the program, you can book yourself in for a one to one”wrap up call” – during this call I’m simply there to make sure you’ve got all your questions answered and that you’re clear on your next steps (also about 30 minutes).
➤ I include a bonus video training on money mindset for 10K+ Months & Beyond. I share what happens once you go beyond 10K months and some key principles to getting there on a regular basis.
➤ I also include easy to use downloadable resources to help you build out your program.

What is the investment? The investment for the small group (where you’ll receive individualized attention) is $2999 or 4 payments of $799. (I offer an amazing “subscriber only discount” so be sure you’re subscribed if you want those details.)

Is this live or online? Both. This is 100% online. We’ll use Zoom to connect via live video. (You’ll be able to see me. I’ll be able to see you. I’ll be able to share my screen, and you’ll be able to share yours.) This program also comes with a recording of everything we do. Important Note: I recommend you use the video on option, but you can also call into Zoom using any phone line. (That’s one of the reasons I picked Zoom. It’s been reliable for me, and I like to use tools my clients can easily use too.)
Are live calls recorded? Live calls are always recorded and available for review inside your client portal.
When are the live calls? When you enroll, you’ll receive a short survey that asks you about your preferences and the times that are best for you to meet. This is done so our calls are at the best possible time.
How often is Concept to Cash Flow offered? Concept to Cash Flow is typically offered a few times a year. The next round begins December 1st. Doors are currently open.
Do you guarantee that I’ll get five (paid) program participants during the 12-week program? No. …but I do guarantee the work. What I’m saying here is, as long as you implement, you will get your first five program participants. If you decide you want to implement later, or don’t take the action steps to get the clients, it’s not magic. (Though I wish it was!) When you do the work, and work the process, you will get your first five people enrolled in your program. However, your first five participants are really just the beginning. What you’ll really have is a process you can use to create recurring revenue for yourself, well beyond 5 clients, each time you open your program doors. What I do guarantee: You’ll have everything you need to create your course content to completion, market it and price it. You’ll have an action plan on how to make money with your program every month. And, you’ll have a custom to you and your program roadmap that you can follow so you have an easy to repeat process to deliver your program any time.
Will this work for me if I don’t know what program I want to create? If you don’t know what program you want to create this will still work for you IF you already have one of the following: some experience working with clients, some experience working in your field or industry, or you have transferable skills from your current business or career.
